Enjoys meeting exciting people and challenges. This is obvious in his professional journey, when soon after he finished his training as an industrial clerk at LEHVOSS, he discovered his knack for sales. Since 2022, Fabian has been an indispensable Junior Sales Manager in the LUVOBATCH®/LUVOADD team – the best opportunity to come into contact with new people all over the world every day.
In his private life, his passion for exciting experiences shows itself in a completely different way: Fabian likes to climb high in boulder parks or try out the latest roller coasters. Wherever and however: the main goal is to always reach for the top.
Angelika Hauck
is a natural organizational wizard and really comes into her own when things get particularly demanding. Along the lines of: problems are there to be solved. As an industry and business graduate, Angelika knows sales inside out. She has been an indispensable member of the internal sales team at LUVOBATCH® since 2004. Anyone who has this level of experience with masterbatches is naturally also sought after by clients; her phenomenal memory is an added bonus. It also helps Angelika with her favorite hobby, dancing: She never forgets a step sequence and is always confident on the dance floor.

Janine Al Taghlibi
is an integral part of the Lehvoss family: she completed her training in industrial business management at Lehmann&Voss&Co. in Hamburg and started working in the internal sales department in 2007.
Originally hailing from Lower Saxony, Janine has more than 17 years of experience with masterbatches and additives. Clients really value her as a competent staff member who always has the answer to all their questions. Janine’s strong organizational skills are not only in demand at work, but also at home with her family – with whom she enjoys travelling and exploring the world at large.
Marie Becker
represents the next generation of the large Lehvoss sales family. In 2018 she began her training as a wholesale and export manager at the parent company in Hamburg.
Already in her first year of work in stock management, she demonstrated her quickness to learn, switching to internal sales after only a short time. At LUVOBATCH® and LUVOADD, Marie is responsible for Customer Service, where she looks after customers from all over the world. Known as fun-loving at work and at home, Marie likes to cook, sing and paint to express her creative side.
